Luke is a corporate finance professional with 20 years experience in corporate advisory, M&A, strategic analysis, capital management and investor relations with major S&P/ASX100 & 200 companies, state owned corporations and corporate advisory firms.
Skilled at establishing consensus positions with Executive teams and Board members, Luke has a track record of delivering significant corporate value uplifts through effective implementation of actionable analytical insights.
Luke is passionate about improving the financial performance of businesses and embedding robust financial analysis into investment decision making, targeting quality outcomes through consensus building.
With in-house and corporate advisory M&A experience (buyer & vendor sides), Luke has a sound theoretical knowledge combined with strong technical capabilities and an ability to rapidly understand complex commercial and strategic landscapes.
Shane Crommelin
Director
Shane has over 20 years’ experience in business advisory, M&A, financing, strategy development and forecasting. Shane has undertaken a significant number of M&A and financing transactions, acting on behalf of both Buyers & Vendors.
Shane is a Director of Modus Capital and the founder of Elevate Accounting. He has won numerous national awards at the Australian Accounting Awards, including Partner of the Year (2018, 2019 & 2020) and Business Advisory Firm of the Year (2019, 2020 & 2021). Shane is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor, holds an MBA and is a member of the AICD.
Shane is an accounting and forecasting expert and is able to assist businesses to arrange and disseminate complex financial information in a reliable and logical manner. This ensures that transactions are framed in an appropriate manner and able to satisfy robust due diligence. Shane is able to rapidly understand complex commercial and strategic landscapes.
Nathan Price

Nathan is a corporate finance and strategy professional with experience in the financial services and energy industries. Nathan has significant experience in financial analysis and modelling, as well as corporate strategy development and execution.
With a keen interest in enhancing his expertise and skill set as an investment professional, Nathan has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
Nathan thrives on solving complex business problems and identifying growth opportunities for organisations through fact-based analysis and modelling.
